CutConnect is a lawn care marketplace that connects homeowners with independent lawn care professionals ("Mowers"). CutConnect is a platform — we are not a party to any service agreement between homeowners and Mowers, and we do not employ Mowers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CutConnect. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
All bookings, scheduling, and payments for services arranged through CutConnect must be completed through the CutConnect platform. You agree not to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
To protect our users and enforce these Terms, CutConnect monitors messages sent through the in-app messaging system. This includes automated scanning for contact information, payment references, and other off-platform signals. By using CutConnect, you consent to this monitoring. Phone numbers and other contact details shared through in-app messages may be automatically removed.
Payments for services are processed through Stripe. CutConnect charges a platform service fee on each completed transaction, which is disclosed at the time of booking. Mowers may receive payouts via Stripe, Venmo, or Zelle as configured in their profile. Payout timing may vary by method.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as determined by CutConnect in its sole discretion in the case of a dispute.
CutConnect may, but is not obligated to, assist in resolving disputes between homeowners and Mowers. If a job is disputed, funds may be held until the dispute is resolved. CutConnect's decision on disputes is final.

CutConnect reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.
CutConnect is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by Mowers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutConnect's liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount of fees you paid to CutConnect in the 90 days preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of CutConnect after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.
